Terms & Conditions of STATUSCULT The Label
STATUSCULT is an online shop only and our business hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm AWST excluding public holidays in Western Australia.
All orders will be processed within 1 business day from your order/s being approved. All orders are pre-order only and take 7-10 working business days to be received.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email stating that your order is 'awaiting fulfillment' this means it is waiting to be posted out. All items will be shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
Unfortunately, STATUSCULT do not take any responsibility for items once they are posted this includes any postal delays that may occur due to Australia Post.
With all international orders STATUSCULT hold no responsibility for possible custom duties, foreign taxes or any other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND REFUND POLICY
Please note sale orders are final, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, please choose carefully.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
All items need to be exchanged within 10 business days from receiving your item for Australian customers and 14 business days for international customers.
We are happy to exchange non sale items if they are unworn, un-damaged and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for the cost of postage when exchanging. We reserve the right to reject any item that is not returned in their original state of or have been returned after the above specified date of return.
Faulty Returns- We inspect each of our jackets before sending them out to you. If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and resolve the issue.
Product information, images and colours.
STATUSCULT try to ensure accurate imaging of each item we post on our social medias. Our images are not enhanced by us and we do not take responsibility if an image as been re-posted by STATUSCULT from our customers or Bloggers who may have filtered their photos. STATUSCULT are not liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computer when shopping with us.
